1 cup Cashews (yes organic soaked and dried unsalted would have been great… but I had dry roasted … next time we’ll try a healthier version😉). Because these were dry roasted I opted to leave out the salt the original recipe recommended using.
1/2 cup Organic Flax Seed Meal
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flakes unsweetened
1/2 Sun butter (Sunflower butter)
Blend all of the above in a food processor until made into a smooth paste.
Add in the following and blend again.
1/2 cup Organic Virgin Coconut Oil “Vita Coco” worked really well.
